• The one-time fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once it has been paid.
• The caution deposit will be refunded subject to submission of the original receipt only.
• Parents have to download ZEE HIGH SCHOOL HAYATHNAGAR APP / EDMATIX PARENT APP for further communications. (Note:-ORG CODE – ZEEHYT) userId- admission number password will be Date of Birth (example -21/03/2009 the 21032009).
• The percentage of Fee hike will be in 10% every year. May vary according to the circumstances.
• It is mandatory to submit documents like original TC and bonafied of the class completed from previous school.
• Cancellation of Admissions / Refund Policy of Fees:If any misbehavior of your ward in the school, Zee high School reserves the right to cancel the admissions / registration of the student during any period of the academic session.Once the student admission process is completed, no refund of fees would be entertained.
• Cancellation of Admission by the Parent:If the parent chooses to withdraw the admission for any reason, whatsoever, no refund of amount would be entertained.
• Transfer Certificate Policy:Every year, The TRANSFER CERTIFICATE must be applied on or before March 30.If applied after due date, 60% of term 1 TUTION FEES of following academic year has to be cleared to collect the certificate.
• NOTE: The Term I Tuition Fees of your ward must be cleared on or before 10th April. A discount of 5% is given if total Tuition Fees is paid on or before 10th April, every year. The given date will not be extended.
• If Tuition Fees is not paid on or before the due date, a fine of Rs 50 will be levied each day for a month. From 2nd month it will increase to Rs 100 per day finally, in the 3rd month, the admission of the ward will be cancelled. The parent need to restart the process in order to continue their ward in school’s admission rolls.
• Information provided in this form (Spelling in relation to the name of the student, Date of Birth etc.) will be taken as final for CBSE registration. The same data will reflect in the Marks sheet of Grades 10 & 12 issued by the CBSE board. The Transfer Certificate and Bonafied Certificate will be issued based on this data only. No changes will be entertained.
• Zee high school will not send the student with stranger or relative other than parent in any circumstances.
